How do I use a promotion code?

To use a promotion code, you will need to enter it on the checkout page BEFORE completing the process. 

Can I pick-up my order in person?

Unfortunately, not. However, Glam Central occasionally does 'Pop-Up' shops and if you would like to be put on the email distribution list for the next event, please contact: glamcentralxo@gmail.com

Why was my order cancelled?

We're so sorry for this inconvenience. This could happen for a few reasons including your item being sold out or a delay in replenishment of the item purchased. 

 

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders will be processed within 2-4 days post purchase. After processing, the shipping time will depend on your personal selection at checkout. Please be mindful of your shipping preference, it can not be changed once your order is complete.

If you are waiting for a delayed package, please check your tracking number and contact your local post office for more information.

How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped with USPS. Please refer to the shipping confirmation email for your tracking number. All shipments can be tracked at: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input

 

Returns

Can I return my item(s)?

No. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
